I'm new here but was referred here by a friend from the Cessna Pilot Society. I own a Cessna 182J but this forum was suggested as a good collection of info. I hope to poke in now and again and see what is going on over here.

Thanks guys. I'm new to aviation, bought my 182 with 0 flight hours, did all my training in it and got my PPL last Oct. It's been a great adventure so far. I've been a member of the CPS forums since shortly after I bought the plane and it is a great forum, but I'm blown away by the activity on this site! Thanks for the warm welcome.

Before I know it? Heck it happened in the first day. This place is addictive.  But honestly since I'm new to aviation I'm mostly a reader, not a poster.
