Hi all!
First post!
I'm a 27 year old kid who, unlike the rest of you
, started to dream about becoming a pilot when I was about 5 years old.
22 Years later I now earn my money as a (co-)pilot on the Boeing 737.
The Bobby is quite a cool aircraft but in my spare time I'd like to go back to basics.
That's why I thought about joining a local aeroclub where they have a lot of those other types produced in Wichita but my heart Cess-na.
Over the years I've flown several types of aircraft but NONE I enjoyed as much as the F33A and BE58 during my flight training at KLM's Flight Academy.
Especially the F33A!
It's... Heaven! But
LOUDER and more
powerful.
I had the chance to fly them in and out of Goodyear, Arizona with Lufthansa Airline Training. So I was a Belgian with a Dutch flight school at a German flight school in the US. Savvy?
Recently however they phased them out in favor of their new Cirruses.
So my main motivation I guess for joining these forums is to maintain my knowledge about and hopefully find an actual Bonanza to maintain my stick and rudder skills on.
So If you are or know somebody in or around my area... I'm sure we can figure something out!
Until then... Keep the blue side up and the brown side down.
Unless you happen to fly a 33C. In that case just get some!
