Hello from Cedar Rapids, Iowa!

A friend of mine is letting me fly his V-35 and it has been a treat to move up from a 180hp Arrow!

I just completed my initial training with Matt Gunderson of Precisionaire Aviation (he also flies a V-tail!)

Sadly the weather has been crap and my schedule packed, but I am looking forward to getting more solo time and also starting instrument training.

on Matt's recommendation, I just finished reading Engine Out Survival Tactics by Nate Jaros so I am exciting to start practicing that as well.

Welcome to BT, Mehrdad!

I, and I'm sure many others here, will be contacting you about paint care. Your video here was awesome.

Have Matt bring you up to a Third Thursday BBQ at KMCW. I wont be there this month, but it is still a good time.

I always forget about that opportunity when looking for an excuse to fly! Thursdays are usually my travel day, but if I have one where I am home I will plan on making it! Car or Plane!
