I just joined, so I thought I would give a little background information. I don't have a Bonanza, yet. I'm either going to find an old one that I can afford by myself or try to find 3 or 4 others interested in purchasing something.
Currently, I fly out of Concord, CA (KCCR). I belong to a club that owns a nice C-172 and also have my own Long-EZ (not flying at this time). I have some time in an old '47 Bonanza from long ago.
A couple of weeks ago, I got a ride in a '65 Bonanza--it re-kindled my interest. Compared to the Cessna, it was fast, comfortable and relatively quiet. And, the door actually closed firmly!
That's it for now.
