My bet it’s the seal and not the baffle.

Hey Daniel! Congrats on the new bird. She's beautiful! (and that first pic is a classic, btw). This may not be what's at the root of your issue, but when I bought my V35, I had the same issue. Turned out my fuel flow was too low on takeoff. Adjusted that to the appropriate level and the issue went away. Best of luck! E P.S.
