Congrats! Is that the Debonair that Skywagons, LLC recently had for sale? Looks great

Yes it is. Saw it last Friday when it posted and picked it up this Friday morning. Beautifully maintained and engine has 400 SMOH. Needs a panel upgrade but flys so smooth and fast. IO520 purrs like a lion. Off to the avionics shop to get a good GPS and some glass. Bones are great and interior is like new. She is definitely my “sheet metal mistress “!

You were smart recognizing a gem quickly and not getting caught up in analysis paralysis. That road would have put that bird in someone else’s hangar. You did good!

Congratulations! Looks like you knew what you were looking at and scored!
Sounds you aren't delaying with the panel work. Let us know when you're done and ready to show it off.

Hi John, and welcome! I was admiring your new airplane this weekend, wondering who the lucky person was who found it. I fly with the flying club across the row from you. Looking forward to seeing your avionics, etc upgrades.
