I have been lurking here for about 1/2 year, but it is about time I started to become a bit more active. I just purchased a "new" 1964 S35 that I saw advertised on BT. I am still waiting for it to be ferried to my airport and am, of course, quite excited to get some hours in it. By way of introduction, I have been flying since 1992 and have about 2200 hours. Most of my time has been in a 1958 C310 I owned (yes, that is the same model flown by Sky King) and a 2007 Diamond Twin Star. Pictures of my new bird can be seen by searching for N42WK.
I have flown to all 4 corners of the continental US as well as through Alaska. My Alaska trip (in the DA42) was quite an adventure, and my daily blog to my family and friends of that trip can be seen at the URL in my signature below. If you become alarmed at what happened on Day 5 of that trip, it is only worse because the plane was a beautiful BE58.
I am really looking forward to meeting many new friends on BT.

Thank you to both of you. Neal, thanks for making the purchase a smooth one. I appreciate your honesty and cooperation in getting this done.
Doug, you are one of my heroes. You saved me at the end of our Alaska adventure. I didn't put any of that in my blog, but your help with my sinus problem has not been forgotten. If you ever make it down south to Indianapolis you are welcome to stay with us.
