Sheldon,

You should plan on coming to Beech Party (https://www.beechcraftheritagemuseum.or ... party.html) in October, and bring SWMBO. Great time, and you’ll see LOTS of Beech planes!!!

Hi Sheldon - welcome!

I'm also in the Charlotte area with an early A36 based at Monroe. Happy to talk Bonanzas, share my experiences, etc.

Whoop thanks all you guys are awesome. Been MIA for a bit, but back at it. Going down this weekend to do a Pre-buy on an A36 keeping my fingers crossed and now looking for a dual yoke. I might just rent one...but if I can find an ok priced one I'd probably jump on it. Just saw someone sold one in the forum...just missed it oh well! Thanks for the support all, pictures to come and hopefully clean bill of health on the bird!!!

Check Air Mech inc for nicely refurbished dual yokes or Darryl White does some also.

At least she didn't tell you no singles because she read an article stating that twins were safer because they had an extra engine.

Green signifies sarcasm. Twin safety discussions on BT is the proverbial :deadhorse:
Everyone knows that the SETP is safer, holds its value, can be operated for the cost of a piston twin, and they really are a lot of fun to fly.

...but don't call the gorgeous PC-12 a Pilatupus.

Congratulations Sheldon, that's a beautiful Bo(V35B?). We're a speculative bunch here at BT, so we require SPECS: Year, TTSN, Engine, Equipment, and of course pictures

Uhm,...Uhm,
Sheldon,

Beautiful plane....really she is gorgeous!

Ur gonna have to blindfold yer wife until she is bucked up in her though.

Kinda sorta looks like a V-Tail

I’m next door in Monroe,
Will trade you a ride in Aerostar or Citabria.

Never flown in a V-Tail

One flight and we had her converted...She now loves the Vtail...I guess my persistence paid off! And we will have to meet up for sure I find myself at Monroe every now and again when I'm out for a leisure cruise!

Looking forward to meeting Sheldon

Anyone with a Vtail absolutely must list it in their profile!
