Hello everyone, I'm a Real Estate Broker and I live between Raleigh and Smithfield. My plane is being hangared at JNX. I am VERY much a newbie as I am still in the process of getting my PPL. I found a deal on a B19 with very low hours and couldn't pass it up. I have been getting instruction in a Piper Warrior but we will be transitioning into my plane soon. It is mechanically in great condition but it does need paint. If anyone has a good recommendation, please feel free to contact me!

I am of course very excited about this journey into becoming a pilot and hope to chat with some of you and make new friends here along the way. FYI, I was a Spotter/Aerial Photographer for a Sheriff's Office for several years, flying in (or hanging off the skids of!) a OH-58. My plans are to obtain my PPL before Thanksgiving. I will then start Instruments as soon as I am comfortable/capable!
