Hi I'm Chad from Indianapolis. Glad to join this forum. I flew RJs for 7 years, and then took a hiatus from flying altogether for 8 years after that. Recently started GA flying again and am looking to buy first airplane in (hopefully) the next year or two.
Really intrigued with Debonairs, but it seems CG loading might be an issue. My 10 & 8 year-old kids weigh a combined 180 pounds and are obviously growing. My wife and I will go about 375. Would appreciate input on whether or not I should forget about shopping for Debs. Thanks!

Your concern is valid, but you will find that each individual aircrafts loading range are all a little different i.e. some heavier than others and some with a further aft empty CG. You will likely find a particular aircraft where your desired loading is less of an issue.
