Hello all! I’m pleased to say (#understatementoftheyear) that after a rather intense, frustrating, exhilarating, and exhausting search, I’ve now joined the ranks of proud Bonanza owners. I’ve officially tucked N641G, a 1976 V35B, into my hangar here at KDVT in Phoenix, and I couldn’t be happier. Shout out to former owner and BT’er Arnie Hauge; thanks for taking such good care of this bird, Arnie! The *flush* mount of that Aspen puts a huge smile on my face every time I sit behind it. Beautiful! Huge thanks are in order to many including (but not limited to): My aviation therapist, Randy Africano, and his patient guidance and mentoring to help me find the right airframe for my needs. As many of you know, Randy is one fine human being and a fount of knowledge about everything Bonanza (if you’re looking for help locating the perfect Bonanza, give Randy a call). The devil on my shoulder, Bill Woods, who when I mentioned how much I’d love to be flying a Bo at a recent B2OSH Formation Clinic, nonchalantly shrugged and said, “So why don’t you just sell your Grumman and buy one.” And then proceeded to relentlessly cheer me on from the sidelines. My Beechcraft sage, Richard Schmidt, who swooped in to patiently guide me in my transition training and who continues to selflessly offer wisdom, advice, and assistance on all things Bonanza: flying, maintenance, and more. And of course, the collective wisdom of this esteemed Beechtalk group whose knowledge I’ve been drinking down non-stop since the beginning of this journey. Looking forward to many new adventures in this incredible airplane and hope to see many of you soon at B2OSH and in the years to come. Blue skies, E P.S. if anyone is looking to buy a pristine Grumman Tiger, I know where one is. Congrats Eric!
I’m also a new V-35 owner based at DVT. I’m always looking for an excuse to head to the airport when I’m not out of town for work. Let me know and we can go fly, grab breakfast, compare newbie owner notes or whatever.
Cheers, Jeff

Cheers, Jeff Hey Jeff! Congrats to you too! Got some squawks I'm cleaning up, but afterwards, absolutely let's go fly. I'm over at 53-01 on the north side, you?

Eric, I’m 21-03 on the south side (until I can get a place on the north side).
