Good afternoon Pilots, I am new to the forum and am going to love learning from all of you. I do not currently own an airplane and don't even have my PPC yet. I am hoping to start the process of both soon. I feel like I have watched every video I could find on youtube about the Bananza. If you have any recommendations to channels I should follow please list them below. Thanks for letting me sit and learn from you guys!

Hi Kodi, Welcome to BeechTalk. Hopefully you'll get to do flight training and get your pilot certificate. Bonanzas are wonderful airplanes, but you will find BeechTalk a valuable resource no matter what you fly in your training. Videos? Well, I'll put a shameless plug in for my own channel of Bonanza videos: https://www.youtube.com/user/martinpauly- Martin

I was wondering where you were from Martin! I was actually watching your video about your trip with your daughter this morning. I am living in Dubuque until my wife finishes up at Palmer. I kept seeing you leaving from Iowa and was wondering how far apart we are.

My wife and I are living in Dubuque currently while she finishes up graduate school, then moving to the Madison area in a few years. I am looking to start my training when we move up there.

Watching videos is fun, but getting up in the air is the real deal!
If you want, post your location, maybe a BT member will connect with you for a ride to lunch. I will be moving up to Madison in a few year when my wife finishes graduate school. Hopefully I can get my training started and add another Bananza to the Madison area!

Martin. I have watched plenty of your videos on YouTube before seeing this comment. Great stuff! Would love to see/hear more about your plane, specs and how you came to purchase that plane. Keep up the good work! If you have some vids already can you message me a link?

We've owned a 1955 F35 since 1991. Been a great airplane for us! Be happy to fly with you when you get free of "gradual-school!" That would be awesome! I am in Madison multiple times a week so maybe we could make that happen. I have never been up in a 172 yet either so any experience would be fantastic. I just can't wait to start my own training.
