Well it took me a bit to introduce myself here, but I was waiting until I was an official Beech Owner. I have owned a 172, then moved up to a 182. Put a lot of hours on the 182 and loved it but had an opportunity to sell it and start my search for a Bonanza. Finally found the perfect for me.... N3016C a J35, tip tanks, and some other great mods, 430W/155/AP. Having ADSB and a couple other things done now, hope to bring it home within a week. Todd

Welcome and congrats on the new bo.
Where will you base it?
I usually fly into Mount Hawley once or twice a year from Texas to see family.

I lived in Pekin as a boy. One of my earliest airplane memories is Mt Hawley Aviation advertising flight instruction on TV. I was six years old and certain that I'd never get to fly, even though it was right there in Peoria, home of Bergner's and the only escalator I'd ever seen. It was my introduction to unrequited longing, though I'd had similar feelings about Barbara Feldon. Welcome, Todd!

Welcome to another member from Illinois. My A&P is located in Pekin, so I am familiar with the area. You will find this site full of knowledge and experience; that even though I don"t aalways let them know, member advice has helped me a ton.
Cheers,
Paul N11EM
