Hi all,

I’m excited to begin flying a Debonair in the near future. I’d ultimately like to co-own or own outright a turbonormalized Bonanza. I’m sure this site will be invaluable as I start down the path to aircraft (and hopefully Bonanza) ownership.

About me - I’m a long time professional pilot. Got my start in the USAF, moved to United for a short time pre-9/11, and have been happily employed in the business aviation world since 2004. I’m currently flying Falcons worldwide, but the thought of flying where and when we want is very appealing.

I’ve wanted to own an aircraft for personal family trips throughout the mountain west for as long as I can remember. Now that our son is almost grown, my wife and I look forward to taking trips (sometimes with friends, sometimes with family and sometimes just us) to places like Colorado, southern CA, and occasionally to the northern Rockies and Pacific Northwest.

Cheers,
Jeff

Welcome, Jeff! I know you and your wife will enjoy traveling in a Bonanza (or Baron). I know my wife and I certainly do...

Welcome!

Dont forget the river if youre into that. Quick trips to Laughlin/Parker/Havasu are fun and easy from the Phoenix area.

I fly from SoCal to Phoenix a few times every year. Great flight, lots of airports enroute and usually good weather.

Welcome Jeff,

I'll be in your neck of the woods over the weekend through Wednesday, let's grab coffee and hangar fly, I can share purchase stories as a recent newbie owner.

Hello Jeff
You will love flying the Debonair! Very maneuverable just like the Falcons.
Good to hear that you joined. I think you will find BT invaluable.
Billy

Jeff,

Check out the newly formed Desert Flyers.com web site. It's the revised 20-year old Breakfast Club. Also be sure to join the Arizona Pilot's Association. There is usually a fly out about every weekend.
