Beautiful plane!
I'd recommend getting some Bonanza specific training. Like Mooneys, they have their own specific differences. It shouldn't take much training but BPPP or similar is an easy way to get a lot of experience. The online training is free with ABS membership and will get you a long ways to being comfortable, especially with your Mooney experience.

Bruce, What a pretty A36.......and in my opinion in one of the best years. In 2006, the G36 was married to avionics stack with the STC held by Beech. So the newest and most upgradeable planes are the 2005 A36. 2004 is very close to that for the guy seeking the newest but upgradeable platform. Great choice. By the way, update your information once the deal is inked and include your geographic info. It will help folks in your area in getting socialized right proper!

Deposit put down on panel upgrade after annual, will post pics in appropriate forum when done. Let's just say I'm buying a large stake in the Garmin company. ( don't tell the wife)

Suggestion: all panel improvements are always made for the sake of increased safety when flying SWMBO around.....

I went to Sarasota Avionics yesterday to get some money shaved off the estimate and would upon spending another 5 grand. Its like a pilot candy store.
