Hello BT, I have posted on here several times but never did a proper intro. Another post on here recently in Training Talk got me thinking, and i think here is the best place to post! I pay half the expenses of a 1960 BE35-33 and fly it mostly back and forth to Maine to visit family. We used it for several Ohio and WV family visits before we ran out of seats. We have 2 small boys (6&4) and are fostering 2 small boys (4&2) for the foreseeable future, (last summer it was baby girl who we had for 10 mos). I was a demo pilot from 2003-2011 at Hawker Beechcraft flying BE-36 thru Hawker 4000, and when I left I was landing current in the Baron/Bonanza, King Air (900,200,350) Premier, Hawker 800 and 4000 (part of the reason for leaving!). I did a lot of customer delivery/familiarization, even a stint as a production pilot for 3 mos when the first G-1000 Bo's and Barons came out. Now I fly a falcon 7X and 2000EX for a corporate flight department. I really enjoy it, and with the kids entering full day school this fall I will have the free time to trade instructing (CFII/MEI) for occasional use of a 6 seater (or be-1900 if my wife had her way!) for the 3 or 4 day OH family visit. I keep our Debbie at KBAF for a couple months each summer, but I don't spend enough time just hanging out to meet people the old fashioned way! Have lots of time in a be-55 as well, and for the hecklers i have never flown a v-tail!!(ducking) Anyway, that's the idea, let me know what you think and Thx for reading

Hi Aaron, Don't own a beech product but I can't help belonging to such a high quality well run type club. Used to fly a 7X (s/n 35) and a 2000LX (s/n 135). Have been based at BDL since 1988. I'm sure we could figure out which hangars we are in Kevin

I don't remember meeting you at recurrent but then again I am old and tend to not remember much past last week any more .
Glen and I go waaaay back. He is a terrific guy with a wonderful family. Ask him about a phone call I made to him once and how I first came to admire his "composure" during our conversation . Actually, I have a lot of great stories to share about my friend Glen .
Anyway, we both have airplanes and should plan a fly-in somewhere, sometime. I would love to see your Bonanza in person.
Cheers,
Kevin
