Aircraft: A24R, A36

Flew a Sierra up to Johnson City, TN and flew my A36 back to Savannah with BPP instructor. Love both aircraft. The views crossing Mt. Mitchell at 10,5 were worth the trip.
N5471G is 1978 A36 with G500/GTN750. The 1st time I opened up the throttle it went like a bat out of hell. At 65% cruise TAS was within 1kt of POH. Truly amazing for a 40 year old aircraft. It flies like an arrow and lands like a feather. Could not be more pleased.
