It was easy to miss. The first post was 2016. Then, Billy circled back to present times.
Billy, at 74 (me that is) I can relate to the challenges of continuing your flying career as our senior years descend on us. As I own four airplanes, you can assume I am an optimist. Actually, I'm just a determined realist. Since I don't have any way to know when the end is, be it the end of flying or the BIG END, I'm just going to keep going until I can't.
Good luck and remember Rule Number One: keep the blue side up.

One of the gentlemen that took me flying as a kid is now 86 and flying LSAs. Alas, at the time, I was too fat to fly with him. However, he had a bunch of kids, and some of his great grandchildren were at the field to fly with him on his 86th @ HTW
