BT Forum,

Thank you for the opportunity to be part of this forum. Just moved to Upland, California (KCCB) from Tucson, AZ. Just exited a 1975 T210L partnership (great experience!!!). Looking for an air frame to meet my typical single pilot company mission:

800nm
Pressurization
FIKI
6 seats
Aircraft still in production or like variant


Would love to start a conversation with someone in the 58P community or any other Beech suggestions someone might have.

Already have the hangar...not crazy right?

Welcome to BeechTalk. Lots of knowledge on this forum. Are you planning to routinely haul 5 adult passengers?/luggage? Might be a little tight in a 58P? What is your budget? Have you considered a Duke or King Air 90?

I will routinely haul 1-2 people with gear. 75% of the time I will be alone. Would also like to be able to get a mountain bike on my trips with me...wishful thinking?

King Air 90 is out of my purchase/operating budget.
Duke: I know very little of the Duke except all the horror stories that may or not be true, so no..I have not considered the Duke.

I'm in sales so I travel to many out of the way places (military locations) that are hard to get to by commercial aircraft and it takes all day. Most of my flying is West Coast/Southwest/Northwest. Lots of mountains and lots of ice. A lot of my flying is early evening/night while I am re-positioning for my next set of meetings. As you know, brain doesn't work very well sucking on O2 for 2-3 hours and the associated headache that comes with it.
