Just bought 1999 BE 36 TC. Flying it home from St. Louis, MO to Raleigh, NC on Tuesday the 10th. After some minor electronics changes (are any of them actually minor?!) I plan to take it out to Ada, OK for a new turbonormalized engine and prop. With 102 gallons of fuel in the extra long wings (4.5 ft. longer than A-36) and built in OX, I won't need the tip tanks. Anyway I am an ex A-36, Piper Malibu(most recent) pilot/owner and decided to go back to the Beechcraft. Anyone out there have this combination? BTW my engine has 1300 hrs and has never been overhauled. May save the core for someone who might want it, as I am sure the core allowance at Tornado Alley will not be much.
