Yeppers, Just down the road from Sugar Land, only about 10 miles away but it is nearly a 30 minute drive with the traffic

Small world.... Joy is my wife's sister. I thought I recognized that Hangar. You should have Joy give you some upset recover training and tail wheel ckeck out if you are not a tail wheel pilot allready. Looks like a nice Bonanza  and I know it is if my friend Paul M. help pick it! Tailwinds, Joe
