Unless something deal-breaking shows up in the pre-buy I'm the owner of a K-35. I've been lurking here a bit and my transaction has now progressed to the point I feel confident it's a done deal.
Got my PPL in 1993 then life got in the way (or maybe things happened the way they were supposed to) and now that I'm about to graduate Kid #4 I'm finally buying my own plane.
The Bonanza has some good mods (windshield, wingtips, panel upgrade, tailcone, wheels and brakes...) but is slightly neglected and in need of a good cleanup. I'll probably have it out of the shop in a couple weeks and will post pics in the meantime. Right now it's not too pretty with the interior out and the ports all opened up.
Seems like a great bunch of folks here and I look forward to lots of good reading and learning and hopefully a ton of flying! :cheers:

Thanks All. Pics when she's all buttoned up and purty.
Right now she's too nastified to display alongside some of the birds I've seen here. Going to finish the pre-buy/annual (first in a long time) which includes a lot of cleanup, then I'll consummate the BT introduction. Should be a couple weeks.

Here's a pic. Still up on the jacks awaiting new tires. A lot of deferred maintenance and cleanup later she should be ready by next week.

The deal has been completed and the "annual" (long overdue) is almost done. Lots of squawks but it's going to be fine. Thanks goodness I have a patient mechanic and I've been able to do a lot of the time-consuming-but-not-critical stuff myself. We've flown it but a leaking auxiliary fuel pump has it on the ground for a few more days. Hopefully by this weekend the rebuilt pump will be back and installed and I can start trying to wear it out.
