Have been a member for about a year but just wanted to say how much I enjoy the group, and how much I'm learning from the posts.

I have a 67 C55 full IFR with 530/430s. Was looking for a C 195 when I bought it. Love the 195s but the Baron swept me off my feet. Have never enjoyed flying so much! Actually got my license almost thirty years ago but had to give up flying for the last 20 as I was living overseas. Am still working in Dubai and Baghdad but am spending enough time in Houston/US to get back into GA. Actually my re-entry is my brother-in-law's fault. He's an ex-Cat-Killer (Viet Nam recon) who flys a Maule. A year and half ago he talked me into getting a TW endorsement so we could spend a month flying from east coast to Alaska and around. So this year will be the Bahamas in the Baron, and next summer north of Hudson's bay to the Northwest passage in his Maule. There's just not enough time!
