Thank you for the interest. Book is loaded with photographs. Here's another one. DC-3s and C-46s also appear in photos and text. Wild stuff. There should be another photo attached of a plateau we used to fly into.

Circa 1982-83. Flew with a friend to Mc Allen TX. In his Cheyenne 2. Upon landing I noticed quite a few DC-3s and other vintage transport planes sitting around. I remarked "are those drug smuggling planes or what"? He replied no, they use those to smuggle stuff into Mexico and told me all about it. Quite interesting actually. Had never even herd about it before that. Can't wait to read your book!
