Hi I'm Joe (Hi Joe) And I'm here because... I'm addicted to airplanes. My addiction started with rides as a kid, followed by a ppl just out of high school, and a&p shortly after. An old Luscombe got me high (above the ground) every chance I could get. Weather be damned. That soon wasn't enough and I blindly spent 5 years of late nights/weekends in the shop and money I didn't have building an RV-4. Nobody wants to ride in an old luscombe or something you built, nor are they really made for going anywhere... so I bought a G35 from Wentworth. Some of you might have seen it on ebay a while back, it's in Oceano CA. Ruddervator flutter during it's last flight means tail surgery is in order. I can't buy and fly, I have to get my hands dirty, get to know it, put my name in the logbooks first. I've familiarized myself with the maintenance manual and it seems pretty strait forward, but there's nothing better than talking with folks who know the planes personally. Glad to be part of the group

Joe, Welcome to BT. Now where are the rest of the pics? Is the RV10 in progress or done? You are lucky to have the skill to work on the planes. Tim

I am building an RV-8 so my sheet metal skills have improved dramatically. Your Bonanza project would be a great project to document here on BT, for our education and enjoyment. That isn't too much to ask, is it? Robert
