Hello from Arkansas. I'm looking for a reasonably priced 36. I owned a Cherokee 6 several years ago and miss it much. I would like to try a bonanza for a little more speed. Any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated.

Welcome John. I think you will be very impressed with the handling and performance of Bonanzas. Search for the thread about "best year for A36". The search button is at the top right side of the page. Good luck in your search.

I too had a Six....and now have a V35A w/TC. They are nice machines....but I do miss the large cockpit of the PA32.

Also, you will likely carry less than you were use to. The 36's loading is a bit different than the PA-32. The last two seats are fairly close together and will not ride two average to large adults....unlike the Six. Large folks will need to go forward of the rear seats.
