Hello everybody! I have been here for a couple of days now and already have gotten a question answered. This appears to be a great community to be a part of!
I am currently an air traffic controller at Cleveland Center. I have also been working over the last few years in real estate and with a financial group. (Any of you business owners out there, I can cut your taxes between 1/2 to 2/3rds if you pay roughly $70,000 or more each year! It’s been audited several times by the IRS and every time they said it was done correctly, no additional money owed!) I am looking to transition out of ATC within the next year and expand my real estate into Minnesota and the Carolinas.
I do not own an aircraft right now, but am hoping to purchase a pressurized twin in about 6 months or so. I will be mainly using it for my trips to MN, NC & SC. I have been out of flying for the last 6 years and I can’t wait to get back into the game! If anybody has any ATC questions, I would be more than happy to try to answer. I look forward to learning a lot from everybody here!
Andy

Andy What are you looking at so far? P-Baron, Duke, 400 series Cessna, Aerostar?

Haha, well to be honest with you I'm not sure. It was the answer to my question from last night that made me realize I should be looking for pressurization. I was originally thinking a Baron, so I'll probably stick with the P-Baron.
