Greetings! I have been watching the board for a little while now and decided to finally register. I have been a fan of Beechcraft since the first time I saw a Baron on the flight line back in my highschool days as a lineman at our local FBO. I have always loved aviation but things never quite worked out. Jump 20+ years and I finally got my private, then instrument and now working on my commercial in an Arrow IV. I've taken a couple of rides in V35B's and got bit by the bug hard. The F33 probably fits my mission best and the A36 would be the ultimate, but the 35 just looks cool. That being said, you won't hear much from me because I'm simply here to learn though I may ask a question or two. Ultimately, I would like to get into some type of partnership (equity/non-equity) because I'm not sure I could afford an aircraft out right. My hope is to get involved in an existing partnership because I have never owned an airplane and I know there is a lot to learn. I figure where there's a will, there's a way, so I'm always on the look out for an opportunity. I have enjoyed the board so far and look forward to learning more about everything Beechcraft. Thanks for the replies so far.
I'm actually flying out of Herlong at the moment...the Arrow is 72MH. My "home base" is Craig since I live about ten minutes away and where I did my previous training. I had to re-learn how to fly out of an uncontrolled field; go figure.
Doug, I'll shoot you a PM.
Thanks,
David
