I guess I skipped this part, I am really enjoying trying to help with problems! I dont own an airplane but I will bet I have flown in more members planes than anyone else out there. A litttle back ground, 12 years USAF then on to civillian life, A few years managing shops in sunny southern Cal. ( installed radios in the Rare Bear and crewed one year) Got the contract to rewire the Spruce Goose when it moved to Long Beech (what an airplane!) Worked at Rockwell on B1B #2 thru 100 as a flight line manager then a coupe of years supervising the F106 Chase program(being upside down at 10k looking up/down? at the underside of a B1 also upside down is a ride I will never forget, still have the sick sack marked unused) Then 20 years here with Autopilots Central. Dont know how I got so lucky! There are many, many great Avionics Techs out there, and they humble me, however I do have a lot of experience with autopilot issues and have access to a couple of techs that have over 35 years here. I will try to stay current on BT but members can always call for help 918-836-6418. I am honored by consideration members have given my input so far. Randy Herren
