Welcome aboard! Yeh, but the nerves and eyes are still lagging behind. At 40, we become more level headed pilots because we are just too darn slow to do otherwise!

Welcome!
Gorgeous plane! Where are you based? Who is doing your avionics work?
Drew Hi Drew. Thanks. I am at KHPY (Baytown). Johnny and family at Avionics Unlimited in Conroe are doing the avionics work. My plane us at Hooks with David Beaver getting the Turbo Waste Gate fixed. Maybe I'll see you around? MW

Michael, Excellent! It will be great to have another Bonanza in the neighborhood. Heck, I could have given you a ride to lunch with the BT brethren in Brenham yesterday. I had planned to be at Hooks all day today for a meeting, but it was postponed at the last minte. I may wind up there anyway. My Cessna is in annual and I'm swapping my Bonanza's JPI 700 for a 730 this week. Are you camping out at Beaver's this week? I'll stop by and introduce myself. Drew

Drew I'm trying to stay out of the way while the Dr. Does surgery, but it's difficult. He'll get the overhauled part back tomorrow, so I'll probably drop in tomorrow PM to check on things. Do you use Beaver?

Just an FYI. That's the outfit that did a pre-buy on my Baron last year (I was the seller), and flew the plane without my knowledge or permission.
I was not amused.
