Scott Knapp has passed away. He was my father. He lived in Kansas City and to my knowledge had many many friends he made here in beechtalk. It took a while to get approved to join so sorry I'm late but his funeral is at crosspoints church in Shawnee Kansas tomorrow if any of you would like to join. Visitation is at 9am. Service starts at 10.

This is a huge loss for all of us. Scott was such a great guy, and I met him and Rebecca when they came down to the Keys to visit a couple of years ago. I found out about his death this morning from another BT member, and I have spent all morning with fond memories of our friendship and praying for him and his family, as I know he would have done for me. Scott was a good man with a deep faith in Jesus, and I am certain Scott is regaling Him with his vivid stories in heaven as I type this. I wish it were possible to make it up there in time for the ceremony, but I suspect I am the Matt you're looking for... Dusty in here...
