Welcome aboard & congrats on the upcoming purchase. Given that you're buying a musketeer, I'd highly recommend joining the Beech Aero Club www.beechaeroclub.org before you buy. The advice pre and post purchase will be the best $50 you ever spend in aviation.

The problem I found with most of these Musketeers is that the landing gear discs or "donuts" have never been replaced. Still looking.....
