Welcome to BT Mike. One of the things that can be helpful is to let other members know the airport closest to you or the one where you might expect to base a plane you would buy. For example, I hosted a "Fly-In" at my airport shortly after learning that a guy in that region was considering Bonanzas. He got to see a good number of models by flying in (in a DA20) and talking to owners. He was soon thereafter able to find a plane that fit his needs. What will be your mission with your plane and the distances you expect to travel in your trips? Good luck to you in your search. Mike

Thanks Mike,
I updated my profile with the airport I am closest to (KCRQ, Palomar in San Diego County). I'm pretty sure a V35B would file my needs as far as size and endurance. Never bought a plane before so really need to get familiar with the whole process and try to avoid as many pitfalls as possible.
Thanks
Mike

Welcome Mike! You'll get a ton of good info here, and you have Folks real close to you that would be sure to help you, too, for sure. There are few planes anywhere in the world that will do what a typical Bonanza will, with so much style, grace & safety already built in. Get ready for one of the biggest loves of your life, get in any one of these from 1947 to a spanking new G36, and I guarantee absolute fun & deep senses of satisfaction. Like the euphoria you can get on some drugs....without using any of them; just clean, awesome fun! Chris

Train, Train, Train be as proficient as you can possibly be, the rewards will be deserving. You have chosen an elite aircraft that has been on top of it's class for decades. I have owned an A36 for 11 years. She always shows up and NEVER complains!
