Hello BeechTalk Community! I registered with the site a couple weeks ago, but had not been back on. Last night I had the opportunity to chat with a BeechTalk member on a SWA flight from PHL-STL. We talked business and Beechcraft nearly the entire 2+ hour trip. He encouraged me to get on here and be active... sounds like you are a great community of Beech enthusiasts with plenty of wisdom to offer! My name is Andrew Payne. I am currently a regional airline captain, but my real passion is GA... especially Beechcraft. In 2006 I had the opportunity to work in Production Test at Raytheon Aircraft Company. In the 6 months of my temporary position I spent 400+ hours flying first flights on everything from the G36 Bonanza to the Hawker 800XP... even flew the doomed Premier (RB-161) that met it's demise in Oshkosh a few years ago. Some of my best aviation memories are from that short time I spent in Wichita... opportunity of a lifetime! These days in addition to tearing up the skies in a CRJ-200 with peeling paint and exposed primer, I run an aircraft ferry and delivery business. I founded National Pilot Services, LLC and it has been keeping me pretty busy. I mostly use a network of pilots to do the flying, but when something special pops up, as the owner of the company I get first dibs! Put a ferry quote on a 1960 M35 last night... can't wait to go fly it! If National Pilot Services, LLC can be of service to you or anyone you know don't hesitate to contact us. We are currently paying referral bonuses for new business! Follow us on Twitter @FerryPilotSvcs http://www.NationalPilotServices.comI am looking forward to being engaged in your community! -Andrew Payne

Thanks for the friendly welcome!
Gary, I'm not a Transstater, but it seems like most of the guys I went to SLU with paid some dues there... seems like that place is almost a right of passage.
Scott, I used to dream about flying with that guard unit... then one day they were all gone! Still flying around St. Louis these days?
