I have been flying for a while, started in 1976. I have owned my S-35 since 1993. Prior to and concurrent with that I owned a Taylorcraft BC-12D. I am a reformed aeronautical engineer. I worked in a wind tunnel facility testing various things and then went into aerodynamic math modeling with the wind tunnel data. Years ago my wife gave me the opportunity to get out from behind a desk and begin flight instructing and haven't been worth a hoot ever since. I have never done anything with an airplane that I enjoy more than flight instructing. That includes check hauling at night in a Baron, air taxi in a C-421. Lately I have been flying corporate in a 58 Baron and a C-421.
I live in Lynchburg, TN and haunt Warren Co (KRNC), Tullahoma (KTHA) and Fayetteville (KFYM) airports in Tennessee.
I took my plane to the paint shop today and the annual will follow.
Ben

Welcome Quite an intro. Finding the best pic of your bird is always the most difficult. Mark

Thanks Mark, I took some more pictures of the plane today but me and my cell phone are not on good terms at the moment. I will wrestle with it some more and try to post a few good quality before the paint shop pics.

Here is a better pic at the paint shop just before I handed over the keys.

Ben, Consider this a belated welcome then. But I cannot say much, I never did an intro myself. Tim

Going back with basically the same paint scheme. We are going to try to add just a little variation to it. It was time to address some filliform corrosion on the tail and I had hit a buzzard on the right side and the paint from the repair didn't match very well.
