Hi my name is David. I am new to Beech Talk. I own a 1980 Beechcraft Model 77 Skipper. I am refurbishing my instrument pannel. I want to repaint the pannel with the origional beige paint color. Question: Can anyone tell me what type of paint to use and the color name or paint chip number? Thanks in advance for responding to my request.

I have no idea the type of paint or the paint code.
Hopefully someone else knows.

David, I too have a Skipper and am in the process of a total rebuild. I too want to paint my panel but change the color from the origional Castle Tan to something darker like a Matte Grey etc. havent decided. How are ou/did you reapple the lettering to the panel. I am very interested as to how this is done and done well. I have seen jobs done with deacls that did not look as neat as I would like. Any advice or source you may have would be GREAT! Also any input/advice/info/picts you can give me about the Skip would also be wonderful.

thanks

mark
