I have merged a lot of the post-maintenance related threads into this one. If you would post here rather than starting a new thread every time you note an issue, it would help me be more efficient.
If an issue is posted in this thread already, I am aware of it and working on it. Search, images, various errors, etc. If you find a NEW issue please let me know below.
Thanks,
Jeff

Sometimes when I create a new post or reply to a post or edit a post the window size and the text size change. Sometimes it gets so big it doesn't fit on the page and sometimes it gets so small I can barely read it. It was so bad on the Ipad and Iphone I couldn't make sense of it so I went to the PC where the larger screen helps, but it is still a problem.
Has anyone else seen this or should I look at my internal settings further?
edit: it looks like some others are having similar problems, but not quite the same. I've experienced the same thing on my laptop a couple times. Unlike the picture issue, I've found I can easily zoom back to the normal size when this happens.

John,
You probably already know this, use Ctrl+ (to zoom in) and Ctrl- (to zoom out). I know that doesn't solve the issue with the site, but for the interim it should help you to resize the page.

But sometimes the problem is that the window is made very wide but the font is very small. Ctrl- brings the window size down but makes the font even smaller. I got another error that I will post next.

Update:
1. Search is now better, and in progress of being 100%. Will take the server another couple of days to build fully but it is in progress.
2. Reply / quote / etc bugs appear to be fixed. At least, I'm not seeing them on this end now. As per above, if you are still getting errors while posting, please PM me a link to the thread and the exact content of your post and I'll try to recreate it so I can fix.
3. I've squashed a couple of the image size bugs, but there may be more lurking. If you are still seeing oversized images in threads, etc, try to clear your browser cache and reload the page. Alternatively, you can try the following:
Firefox: Hold down SHIFT key and click reload button. Chrome: CTRL-SHIFT-R keys all together. -OR- SHIFT-F5
This will force the browser to reload all style sheets as well as the page itself. The browsers will eventually figure it out for themselves and reload everything, but it could take days, so this forces it to do so now.
If you still see oversized images after that, please let me know where, how exactly you got to it, and on what type of device.
4. YouTube tag fixed. Just make sure you are using the youtu.be URL that youtube provides when you click the Share button.
Copy and paste that URL into your post, select it, and click the YouTube tag and it should work. If not, please PM me the YouTube URL you are trying to use.
Thanks!
