Recently joined possible SCAMMER contacted me via PM about my WTB post:

PM from: Dario Junque

PM Message Subject: WTB (8) 130909N52 Nuts for Baron Motor Mounts

Message: Would you try to make an inquiry from a member of this forum @Brian Dunlop, but I haven't seen him online on here in a while. He has a few for sale; the last time I spoke to him, you should try giving him a shout-out via his email: davisnoir5220@gmail.com I hope he responds back to you.

I received the exact same message.

I posted a WTB for a KX155 and have been having a back and forth with a guy named Alan C Fox for the last day or so about a unit he is offering pretty cheap. Sounded legit at first but then his messages began to sound more flakey.

Joined BT last year and his only 3 posts so far are all responses to WTB subjects. Wants me to wire or Zelle. Asked him to call me (because I never send $ to someone I haven’t spoken with) and he called with a terrible connection. Texted me that he was “down in Albuquerque doing a pre-buy and the reception there was terrible”. Then he tried calling me using WhatsApp calling. Sounds Asian, which is fine, but doesn’t really seem likely due to his name and his location of Greeley, CO.

Bye bye.
