If you need "readers" and wear sunglasses, I found these clip-on flip-up readers that eliminate the need to switch back and forth. Very useful IMHO. http://www.sightconnection.com/clflre.html

If you measure precise eye-to-panel distance before getting a prescription, a pair of glasses with progressive lenses will nearly eliminate presbyopia issues. They drive some people insane but have been miraculous for me.

They drive some people insane but have been miraculous for me. They gave me a sore neck. I've been using multifocal contacts for a while and they work pretty well but I still need readers to pick small text off of the charts, especially at night. But the panel is pretty much in focus without the readers (and blurry with them).
